You captured some proportions pretty well, but still it lacks in too many fields to get pass.
I would reccomend to practice simple forms and build figures out of that, like in pic related.
If you start to feel comfortable with it you can start studying anatomy.

simple answer is to draw the forms
drawing forms forces you to think in three dimensions
put this into practice by drawing people out of cubes/cylinders and such things
