Well, it wasn't planned as a black & white comic, but I haven't finished flatting it. This is an old layer as an example. She's supposed to be illuminated by firing the gun, the other girl has the face illuminated by the bullets, and in the last panel the sun is right above her.

I'm planning on changing some of those black shadows to dark colors later. But re they really placed wrong?
