I just bought a cintiq 13HD, but the resolution is really blurry on it. I'm sure this has happened to other people, how do I fix it?

I need to draw more because I love this but I can't get myself to.

Please tell me anything that might help. I'm sure there are a lot of people in the same situation as me.
