By the way I'm fucking amazed someone talks about middle lines here! I thought I'm the only one who repeats it over and over!

I dunno how no one noticed that, but the face and the hair are going in two different directions.
Other things that stick out are the edgy chin and the tense shoulders. They shouldn't be that horizontal.
As you can see, I'm not really a pro with legs, but the pose you choose for them looks really uncomfortable and drawing the legs frontal like that looks flat.

Overall it's a good design and looks really cute, but careful, flip the canvas a lot, that should help.
