Nope, but you can see in the video of >>3335289 he uses very loose photo references (random beautiful girls in perspectives that aren't even related to what he's drawing). I guess that's more to help him with details than the overall shape.
Pic related is an old one, but it shows how much he changes stuff as he goes, definitely no consistent 3d model behind it.
