Hmm I THINK I get ya. I've been learning to spot and draw the primary gestures (which are described as the corners where the planes change) and secondary gestures (which are ultimately up to what i want to use but must still follow the topography).

Since i need to spot where the planes change in the face, now would be a good time to study the anatomy of the face and skull?
