Do I draw the eye first and then put an eyelid over it or do I just draw the eyelid, the iris and then the bottom?

Would people still buy a sticker or pin if the artist's signature was on it?

How do I make my drawings have less shaky lines?
In physical art my lines are fine. Me having a small Wacom doesn't make this easier since I can use my full arm like in drawabox
