If pencilmation pays artists around $2,000.00 a month, that's around 2.4 million dollars a year with 100 freelancers. If they pay let's say $5,000.00 a month to full time employees, that's 3 million dollars a year with 50 employees.

Out of the estimated 13 million they make, they're spending less than half on the people who are actually creating content and the remaining 7 million on... what, hiring talent? Sounds sketchy to me.
