The question was : Feels uncanny, how to make it more feminine.

i tried to preserve the maximum of the original design decisions.

Great job anon. For future value study i would probably not use the color picker and try to eyeball the values.

The angle of the cube is also slightly off, the ball's cast shadow is almost straight on the cube.

ok here's my take on it :
There are a few signifiers that read as strong features (some would say masculine features). Thick not tapered eyebrows, thin eyelashes, very big and defined lips, even when stretched, strong jaw but with a round chin.

I think the 2 main things are that lip and the shape of the head (jaw + hair shapes).

The lip : This is a big plump lip with a very deep philcrum. The fact she is showing her chompers with a big smile makes it so the viewer imagine they are even bigger when closed ==> uncanny. Also the fact the lips are the darkest value on your drawing gives the impression she is sporting black lipstick. (thus "clownish" look). Combined with the lack of emphasis on the eyes, this gives a weird unbalance "way too much make up" look.

The shapes : The hair has that weird design dissonance in which you have that nice soft bowl cut with angular spikes on top. The jaw is strong (comes at an angle when going toward the chin) but the chin is round, you are stuck in that sort of middle ground. These two elements create some ambiguity.
