I do the highest setting for basic drawings. I also use force fade which I really like to use set to the default 40% fade. The fade to a point mimics real pen strokes nicely so you can transfer skill with pen and paper to tablet easier in my opinion. You have to do long confident strokes to avoid chicken scratch though. I will admit I do the long stroke, delete and redo like 4 times, then when I get it right, I either use the laso tool on any crooked spot or just erase and straighten any crooked parts.
