I think that's your problem. I had the same mentality for a long while and it only got better when I started looking at art not as a grind, but as something I wanted to do. I just started doing things I liked even though I knew I wasn't (and still am not) good enough. Fan art, OCs, you name it. You gotta loosen up and get your head out of Loomis and figure drawing, they're just tools to help you warmup or when you're stuck and don't know what a hand looks like and nothing more. Do fan art, do colors, do OCs, join drawthreads on other boards with prompts you like, even if it sucks, post it out there, people will enjoy it more than you think most of the time.
It's really hard changing a little and getting over yourself but it's only a few steps far from enjoying art again. Hope that made sense.
