Do you guys have a niche eg: character illustrations, horror, backgrounds etc?

Mine is comic backgrounds but I feel like my character drawing skills suck too much any hope of making anything popular so I'm torn between taking the landscape pill and focusing on background illustrations only or trying to improve my character drawing skills enough to be good enough to make a semi successful webtoon.
