bro, you are the chaddest poster in this thread. thank you

>you're already better at it than me.
honest question though, do you do video calls with your editors? I would constantly fuck up my grammar and forget words if I had to do a professional mochikomi session with an editors, I think, and that would reflect badly on me and maybe make them want to not publish my work. How did you get around this?

>anon, I've heard that you sketch using a hard round brush, no opacity and no size pressure. How does it feel that you do your lines with full confidence and with absolute supreme decision-making without guessing and randomness? No wonder you're very fast at drawing.
>what? you also do your studies using the hard round brush? you want to make sure that you absolutely understand what you're drawing and you're not just lucky by drawing random lines hoping it will look like the study?

Gmi, anon. But remember to do your memory drawings. Draw your reference, then put away your reference + drawing, and then draw it again. It's the one thing that genuinely makes you improve 10x faster than anyone else. Do not fall into the trap of only drawing from life / masters and never doing any memory sketches.

Guptill talks about it in his pen and ink book, many times. Read about it there. It's also talked about in the David Finch study streams, and the Krenz Cushart lectures

thanks, anon. Because of this one post, I've decided to not give up on my goals. Hard times will pass, but opportunities will come, and I want to be ready for them.
