How do I enjoy drawing again????

Sometime a few yrs ago, I fell out of love with drawing. I still consume artwork created by other people, and enjoy watching others draw, but when I try myself, I can't commit more than a few minutes to it. I always get bored or frustrated and quit.

Is it depression???

Perhaps a lack of dopamine?

I used to spend hrs drawing whenever I had the opportunity. Perhaps its age thing...

I don't have any other hobbies, im just trying not to completely abandon drawing entirely

I woke up this morning with the intention of watching blender tutorials and practicing with the application all day so that I can finally learn how to model and render.

So far i've just been watching random yt videos, pacing back and forth from my kitchen and bedroom, and checking my discord notifications even though no one ever talks to me or sends me messages on the servers (unless its a random @everyone).
Can't focus for shit.

I think I might have ADHD.

Is there any way i can meet single art girls online? I can't think of any irl instances where I can meet such women that aren't already attending with their boyfriends or husbands.

Women artists at conventions selling prints or other shit are always with their spouse at a booth.
