I think the head is very cute! For now I personally think that you should draw more to improve line confidence, copies are good for this since it takes a lot of problem solving out of the equation. You should also try to tackle overall body anatomy so don't focus too much on clothes and try to improve on building the underlying figure, learn some construction that conveys 3d forms for this.

You don't have 10 years of professional experience of drawing every day like your favorite artist and thus not able to conjure perfect anatomy out of the blue, you gotta start somewhere.
