Hope you can read my shitty hand-writing.
>i've been trying to use gesture, anatomy and form, but it looks flat.
You need more time understanding gesture, the figure I picked as an example is the most expressive of the ones you tried, yet in your drawing it's the least expressive.
Gesture is a pretty abstract concept, which makes it difficult to learn. It's also not articulated very well most of the time, so listen to a bunch of people.
I used to do gestures for 1-2 hours every day and it still took me more than half a year until I felt like I properly understood it. So don't beat yourself up about it.

In regards to anatomy, if you're talking about painstakingly grinding the skeleton and muscle-groups then bin it for now.
Focus on Anatomical landmarks that have a large impact and are visible on the surface. Such as, how the breasts / pectoral hug the ribcage, the clavicles, the triangle of the sacrum, what the knees actually look like, the "wings" of the scapula, etc.

Really break down the forms (cylinders, spheres, boxes) I don't really see any of that.
Learn how forms overlap and how they move away/ towards the viewer (foreshortening)

Like the other anon said, pull your lines through even if they're hidden behind stuff. Otherwise it happens quite easily that something is disconnected and floats off into the ether.
Seems to me like you forgot a line to indicate the side of her torso, leaving you with that tiny looking ribcage.
Could use some form indicators / cross-contour lines.
Looks like you struggled with that right arm, it's okay to start with something simpler. like a long noodly line for the entire lenght of the arm, to get the flow right and then you can build on that for something more.
But that's mostly nitpicking, you're doing okay anon, keep it up.
