"Trad" (A.K.A. real art) art is for ACTUAL artists. Digital is fine if you make art as a hobby or if your a sellout whoring yourself out for commisions. But for the people who want to be REAL artists, having a legacy is more important. Digital artists aren't the ones that have their paintings put up in museums, or have their sculptures end up as centerpieces for a city, or even paint giant murals to give a municipality new life. Really you can just say that "trad" artists are enlightened as their way of thinking is focused on the long run "I want to be remembered for my great art for hundreds of years", versus the digital artist's short thought process of "I want to make a dog fucking a cat so I can buy that new nintendo switch game!"
