The other person did a good rendition. Part of the issue is that you drew her face at a slightly different tilt than is in the photo. So, you can salvage this without redrawing just by logically mapping out the angle you have based on the shape of her features.

*The ref's head is not as turned away as yours.
*Your drawing has a slightly higher camera angle.
