Artists like this are popular because of their audience.
Kron and Sakimi are both on D.A, a place full of young (not that talented) artists who look up to their supposed superiors.

To them their methods are valid. These untalented artists are looking for an identity and a means to make art like these guys

It's not so much as consuming art, it's about some sort of ideal and goal for young impressionable, and misguided artists.

Also on top of that, art plebs who know nothing will continue to mindlessly like things that look pretty, they don't really care to understand integrity.

so yeah, kron is going to keep most of his fans and make new ones in the same way without much of a dent.

But, at least there's valid reason to hate on him now.
