mark your points and then pick 1 of them and place it where you want that one to be moved too, then draw a line between them to the horizon line to get a new measuring VP, then from that VP back to the other point you didn't select and where they cross with your lines coming from the 1ppVP is where the new point is maintaining the original size in perspective.

if you want to rotate the other one around the vp you just whip out the compass and draw some circles and gg

the right diagram you can literally draw whatever you like because its a separate diagram and you have nothing to refer too, it has no scale information or anything
