His junk looks like those guys who inject saline. For reference, imagine your character's hand on his junk in that picture. Do the same to yourself. Notice the difference?
As for his eyes, see pic. If you want to keep the upwards slant then ignore the arrows but i lazily added a rough idea of where his eyes should be to not be crosseyed.
