i did a fast draw example with mouse but i guess it is understandable

when you do perspective things get smaller the farest the object gets

in your drawing, from torso to head is a flat frontal perspective and in legs its just a weird try of forcing perspecive by inflating the legs

try to imagine objects in a kind of grid like in example and it gets easy
