Porn is the worst thing for artists because you are reprogramming your brain to instant gratification. A huge part of art is the opposite of that. Sometimes you go for long periods of time with no gratification. Sometimes people will stop talking to you because they dont understand your endeavor, your aspirations, and you will be alone. You have to learn to be okay with being alone. You have to accept that you will fail over and over again.

How the fuck will you manage to stay the course if you are simultaneously training yourself to constantly be rewarded?

Drop the porn. Make sacrifices. Set goals. Minimize distractions. Be a man. Carve out your own space in this world.

You can make all the excuses you want, but youre the one who decided how to live your life.
