I'm assuming you meant angles. I can, but I'm still not very good. I've only been seriously drawing for about two and a half years.

Thanks for the critique. I know this may be off topic, but pic related: currently working on a Hepburn study. I'll post actual on topic stuff when I have my sketch book, but I had to dig through my iPod to find the pictures I just posted.
