Friendly reminder to stop using social media.

I just realized the reason I felt like total shit, with zero motivation and unable to focus, like really, living on autopilot is social media. I was balls deep in shit like YouTube shorts. Literal brain cancer. And I just got fed up with all the shocking and disturbing stuff, and also other things.

I remember reading a comment here saying back in the old days you would be working with a master in the atelier, with no distractions, just spending every day living for your craft. I need that.
