What I'm saying is that his art is not really relevant to this thread. This thread is about intentionally distorting the human figure to achieve an emotional effect. Caravaggio doesn't do this, he treats the figure very traditionally. It might have a similar emotional effect, but this is due to lighting and not anatomical distortion.

More Dali. An extreme example, he often distorts the figure to a point where it is barely recognizable.
