Don't wanna critique the values since I'm too bad at it myself but you could easily make the drawing nicer if you redrew it while constantly comparing the positions of different landmarks. My example is messy but it shows some examples of looking at angles, distances, negative space and horizontal/vertical relationships. Keep these in mind and you'll automagically start copying a lot better
