I'm not sure what you want. Each of her paintings take months if not years to complete. She'll have her preferred methods, but her style of painting is more of an intuitive thing and not something you can learn to copy very easily.
Just paint a lot (a lot, a lot) and figure things out for yourself. By the time you're good enough to paint like Jenny Saville you'll be good enough to not want to paint like Jenny Saville and do your own thing.
