Alright you tried. I see there's the big anime head there... but at the angle you used it, you didn't do the hair right.
This is supposed to make the head look NOT flat. Your drawing would be right I guess if she was under the rain with her hair soaking wet.

Something like this should be done in that case. REmember, the objective is to make it look not flat. Don't stick the hair to the top of the head too much.
But yeah draw a lot and practice realism, you will improve your lines and general confidence drawing, I'm looking forward to it
