I'm wrapping up DAB in a few days and say with confidence that what you get out of DAB is indicative of what you put into it. Its repeative by design because it giving you good mileage in a 'quick' amount of time. And alternative to DAB would be dynamic sketching method with peter han, (less grinding as well) but learning construction will save your ass like you would've believe once mastered.
