studying fundamentals is a huge task. I keep hearing focused study? what is that? what is an example of an actual focused study?

So far I've just been feverishly drawing gestures and boxes.
I use construction too.

I'm a bit neurotic so I worry about picking up bad habits or learning something incorrectly...

especially since I have really bad ADD which makes it so that study time is incredibly mentally draining, so I don't want to waste it learning something that's going to hurt me in the long run.

The advantage of ADD is that I cannot sit still, so it is easy for me to furiously draw gestures and find that the whole day flew by.
