yeah, pretty much all of them...
Except for using simple lines I can't see anything redeeming about them.
Which is to be expected if you've never done them before, keep going while you have a look at how different people approach gesture and try to emulate what they're doing.

I don't know what you're trying to do here, have you even tried looking up what gesture is and how to approach it?
Go read/ watch some Vilppu, Proko, Huston.
Also it's not about doing them quickly, speed comes with practice and confidence, the timelimit is supposed to keep you from getting lost in detail and describing the action thoughtfully and purposefully.

Arms arn't really reading well, work on your foreshortening.
Head is tilted and attached weirdly.
