Ehh it was a few years back so I can't recall all the details. It was like a rewards program where you get someone else to buy at select shops to earn a percentage of their spending and then when they in turn invite new people into the system your percentage increases or something like that. The shops participating were all shit tho.

Not really sure what you mean. It has half the levels of pressure sensitivity in the stylus which is basically irrelevant (we're only capable of using like 8 to 12 of them or something like that anyway). It does not have the "touch ring" and has only 4 hotkeys on either side instead of 8 on one side. So it does have some noteworthy disadvantages. For pure drawing however, it should be a big improvement. Hopefully you have access to your keyboard so you don't have to rely on the tablet and its insufficient 4 hotkeys + slider to access your software's important functions quickly.

If you mean "are the drivers for it still available" and work I would assume so, you just probably can't get them from Wacom's site itself and will have to find a reputable third party source.
