what's the correct drawing posture? I looked it up and every article gave a different answer. I draw on an iPad, which has a cover that includes an adjustable stand (pic related) and can be put on the fridge so I could even draw while standing. Also, I have a separate stand so I could position the iPad at eye level if I wanted to.

Every position I try gives me shoulder pain, neck pain, or a little bit of elbow pain and my arms get tired.
