Honestly there is a lot wrong with arms and hands. the arms have no foreshortening and the hands are way to small.
I like your other stuff, I feel like you have a lot of potential. You are very active, a lot more active than I could ever be. I can see your improving little by little. Keep practicing, keep trying different poses, trust me they wont look good but you wont know what looks right until you know what looks wrong.
