Posting my stuff would be the blind leading the blind in a lot of ways as I'm not a master or amazingly successful by any means. I'm a student and I'm just a bit farther ahead in the journey than you is all.
Look at and try to emulate people that do what you want to do/have the job you want to have.
I personally really like benjamin bjorklund in terms of painting. His watercolor studies are really nice and his oil paintings are gorgeous as well.
But, if this isn't something you want to do people like Nathan Fowkes and James gurney do really fantastic watercolor work as well and you could look at them.
If I post my work it's like saying that you should compare what you're doing to what I'm doing and that's really not a good way of going about progress because l'm not extremely successful so emulating or gauging yourself on my work would really do you no good.
TL;DR emulate the people that do what you ultimately want to do and not your peers or the best kid in class.
