A comic's what I'm thinkin of. Also, I don't find the term "animation friendly style" to be quantifiable. Animation varies widely in the detail used, same with comics. Which ain't to say I'm still figurin out what to do with my lines, and how to design people to sort of go with the way my main characters look, the general aesthetic, as well as how to simplify the anatomy. Probably somethin like this.
