I think the main issue is that you have the shoulders and head drawn at a different scale compared to the lower half of the image. It kinda looks like you unconsciously separated the image into two halves and worked on them separately, resulting in half of your drawing being disjointed. Rather than separating the torso between the breast and the abdomen, try identifying how the ribcage would fit on your subject and imagining the bottom portion where she would be able to fold her body into it. Of course, the front of the ribcage is shorter than the back, but the bottom front of the ribcage is also the part of the body where you first see body folds. How accurately you place your subject's limbs in a 3D space is largely dependent on how well you can imagine the torso twisting and maneuvering around the body, since they both can't occupy the same space. Also her hands are uneven (one's too large and connected weirdly to her wrist).

TL;DR the main issue is how you're imagining the torso.
