This song and dance has been done hundreds of times already. There is no point in arguing with the troll as they don't even care about the topics they're arguing about. They quite literally just want to scream about people they don't like while derailing the thread and wasting artists time. By interacting with them you actively make the threads and /ic/ as a whole worse.
For the love of all that is holy, just hide the bait or report them. Best to focus your energy towards the things that make you happy and have fun drawing instead B)
