If you want to know exactly what it is, to maybe incorporate what I am gonna add or do what I did better...
He's supposed to be in a parking garage (hence the sign)but I know I didn't get it across too well in the pic. The lines and shapes on his chest are going to glow and I might add more later.
Oh! Also he can move around the cieling puddle of himself by using his hands to walk along the floor and pulling his body along above it. Pic related to show it. Idk if you wanted to include this or not, but I thought I'd share it since you liked the concept.
