I use an 8BitDo Zero 2 controller for all my hotkeys. Its I mine controller small enough to easily reach every button while holding it sideways in just your left hand (and it's a small oval, so it's comfy).

It's got 10 face bottons, and I use the 2 shoulder buttons as modifier keys, so I've got 40 useable inputs.
