I also started losing interest around s2. I think i watched it all but it was just boring and the only expectation of the story is that the two protags will actually fuck instead of actually telling a story how both are actually enemies and trying to outwit each other while trying to keep up the appearance of a family.
I don't think the author has had any intention to go deeper with the story, but just keep it as simple and mass appealing as possible to get money from the average consumer.
