Looks pretty good but the thumbnail looks better. That nose/mouth combo gives a bit of a stretched out pointy face. I get the feeling you used liquify on the facial features. I think it’s partially because the blushing on the left (her right) side goes over the side of the nose. Maybe try coloured outlines rather than black, and stop hiding hands. Generally pretty good though bruh keep it up
