you seem to lack understanding of anatomy and feel for 3d forms - or your drawing was done and redone so many times that it appears so
however long you spent on that drawing you would be better advised to spend a fraction of that time doing multiple quick sketches
you are barely above symbol drawing
if not as a general routine of practice then merely to check yourself - try adding cross contour lines to the anatomy

i personally would not draw a single skull
whatever understanding of structure and proportions *drawing skulls" provides - you will gain that, and more, and more directly by grinding heads and faces. bonus points if you include a simplified mass for the hair (goes for you too >>6734270 )

for the heads themselves, very accurate proportions, a simplified hair mass, and a bit more effort on neck+shoulders (or in your case the collar of the clothing) would make them feel more "whole" - however consider the increased time effort and whether it is worth it for you
as for the faces, well that is what should improve naturally as you progress
this is less "good advice" and more of a hack and neat by-product of construction: if you are erasing your construction lines, instead leave them in (and draw them light enough as to not be distracting). if what we see is the entirety of construction you are doing, then start consciously doing more construction. just one horizontal line for the eyes, nose and mouth will improve your proportions alot
