This is basically what I already do for my desktop background I make a new one about every month. Why are you none of you removing the lines? Lazy? Or afraid someone's gonna steal your inspiration? You should share it anons.

I found this somewhere and saved it. I was wondering if you guys could tell me what this technique is called.

I've seen it in other paintings and photos and I think it's pretty cool but I have no way to find more without knowing what to look for.

>Start with Loomis and Vilppu and all that good shit
>Fuck yeah, Asian disciplined and dedicated

I've made expected progress in the time I've had available to me, but now I'm running into a serious problem...

There was so much grinding. So many studies, gestures, values, etc. But I'm starting to go blank whenever I want to make, you know, actual art.

I know if I keep going steady, I can get to a good level in a year but I'm thinking of slowing down my "schedule" to just focus on experiencing things. OP, you gotta remember to do that too. Studying isn't always fun - it's hard work, but there's really no point when you become nothing but a machine.

It's more of a personal issue, I guess, but I'm just plain not imaginative anymore. It's made me really depressed that I've just locked myself in my room reading books and doing studies. Being disciplined in working isn't hard. It's hard not letting it consume your art.

Even something like this picture... I would love to make stuff like this. But I became so focused on cleanliness and linework, I don't think I can at this state.
