IMO you should draw more from reference, try to copy exactly what you're seeing to get the style. The anatomy is going to get better with time, mine is also not that good too, but when you copy you absorb some of what makes the image look good.

Like when you're learning guitar, you don't jump straight into making your own songs, that would be kinda dumb wouldn't it? Try to think about drawing more like music, you need to grind to get better.

Tried doing a drawover your skeleton and fixed some proportion things I saw, hope it helps some way.
