Stop waiting for people to spoonfeed you.
start studying your fundies.
Keep drawing like that but understand that if you're not also studying and doing excercises it's the equivalent of doing the same thing over and over again expecting things to change.

looks like you're just trying to put down as much as possible before the time runs out.
they're very messy and the action is unclear in the majority of them, which is bad because the action is kinda the point.
try to restrain yourself to simple "I" "C" "S" lines.
Focus on the "flow", indicate forms with cross-contour lines where needed.
Think more draw less.
Gesture is a pretty abstract concept so don't beat yourself up if you don't get it right away, my advice would be to have a look at how a bunch of different people approach it. (glenn vilppu, mike mattesi, karl gnass, hell even proko if you want to)
