I bet it was drawn from a reference (if not traced) and then ruined with mindless rendering.
I'm having a lot of troubles with hands and feet and often redraw them gazilions of times using my own hands as reference always missing something unnoticeable that makes them look natural which leads to fucked up fingers pointing in all direction and having different length.
