drew for 30 mins a day, 6-10 box torsos. When I made my schedule at first I planned 2 hours a day and after a few days/ weeks I found that it was hard to keep it up and when I missed days I would feel bad so I made my schedule shorter and shorter to make it very unlikely that I would miss a day. I started again and made the bar lower and now 30 mins is feeling like I cant still keep it up but going 15 minutes is not enough to get me warmed up and I'm not gonna gain anything.
