I have no tutorials but videos of their process is out there, if a bit dated (they're still using old artstyle, but its still close in most aspects).

To get the shading/colors right, their first step seems to be painting values in greyscale. I think that's the key to getting a similar look, pay close attention to how they do it on clothes in particular and how they paint reflections. They use thicker outlines and the eraser tool for the lines, and with the newer art Minaba seems to like using lighter colors instead of black in general, such as brown or yellow.

Also remember that if you're not familiar with greyscale there are some things to know regarding hues and the values of different colors... I found this video pretty helpful https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YOtwCG7BLSA
